StoneCircle · For estates and schools

Dues and fees paid.
Your space protected.

Protect your revenue. Protect your space.

Residents pay estate dues and parents pay school fees in one app. Each estate sets its own payment rule, so everyone can see what is due, when it is due, and what happens next.

  • CollectBills, payments and receipts in one place.
  • Set the ruleA grace period on each due. The estate chooses what waits.
  • ProtectVisitor codes that work offline, and a panic button.

How it works

Your payment rule,
from bill to release.

The estate sets a grace period on each due and chooses whether a new electricity top-up waits when that due is overdue. One estate-wide setting decides whether visitor and delivery codes wait for residents with overdue dues. StoneCircle applies the rule the same way for every home. Here is each step, as the resident sees it and as the estate office sees it.

  1. Bill

The estate raises a due. The resident sees it straight away.

    In the app

The resident sees what is due, the due date and a Pay button.

    In StoneCircle Admin

The estate creates the due with its amount and due date.

  2. Due date and grace

Each due carries its own grace period. Nothing waits before it ends.

    In the app

The due stays on the resident's screen with its due date. Everything works as normal.

    In StoneCircle Admin

The estate sets a grace period on each due and chooses whether a new electricity top-up waits when that due is overdue. One estate-wide setting decides whether visitor and delivery codes wait for residents with overdue dues.

  3. The rule applies

If the due is still overdue after grace, the estate's rule applies. Two things can wait, and only these two.

    In the app

Where the estate has switched it on, a new electricity top-up waits, and visitor and delivery codes wait. The resident is told the top-up or code is waiting on overdue dues.

    In StoneCircle Admin

Nothing to do. The rule the estate set applies by itself. Dues records show what is owed.

    What the rule never touches

Electricity already on the meter is not switched off. A resident's own entry to their home is never affected. Pickup and contractor codes keep working.

  4. Payment confirmed, service available

When the payment is confirmed and the due is no longer overdue, what was waiting is available again.

    In the app

The resident pays and gets a receipt. Electricity top-ups and visitor and delivery codes are available again.

    In StoneCircle Admin

The payment shows in payment records as cleared.

Estates and schools

An estate and a school do not run the same way, so they are shown separately here.

Estates

Dues collected. Less chasing.

  • Dues collection. Residents see what is due and pay in the app. The estate sets the payment rule.
  • Electricity top-ups. Residents buy electricity for their meter in the app.
  • Visitor access. Residents create codes for visitors and deliveries. The gate verifies them without internet.
  • Panic. One press alerts the people your estate has set to receive emergencies, with your name and unit.

When a due is overdue, the estate's rule can make a new electricity top-up and visitor and delivery codes wait. Electricity already on the meter is not switched off. A resident's own entry to their home is never affected. Pickup and contractor codes keep working.

Schools

Fees paid on time. Pickup checked at the gate.

  • Fees. Parents see the fees due and pay them in the app, with a receipt.
  • Pickup. A pickup code identifies the guardian at the school gate.

These are two separate things. Pickup codes are not affected by fee status.

Access and safety

The gate does not wait for the internet

    FAQ

    Straight answers

What happens if I do not pay my dues?

It depends on the rule your estate has set. Once a due is overdue and its grace period has ended, the rule can make two things wait: a new electricity top-up, and visitor and delivery codes.

Electricity already on the meter is not switched off. A resident's own entry to their home is never affected. Pickup and contractor codes keep working.

When your payment is confirmed and the due is no longer overdue, what was waiting is available again.

Does this turn off electricity already on my meter?

No. Only a new top-up waits. Electricity already on the meter is not switched off. A resident's own entry to their home is never affected, and pickup and contractor codes keep working.

I have paid but a service still shows a restriction. What do I do?

First check the receipt for that payment in the app. If you have the receipt and the service is still waiting, contact your estate office or call us.

What works when the internet is down?

Codes are created in the app and verified at the gate without internet. Gate events sync when the connection returns. Paying and confirming a payment need a connection.

    Can our WhatsApp groups stay?

Yes. Keep them for conversation. StoneCircle does a different job: bills, payments, receipts and gate codes.

    How is school pickup handled?

A pickup code identifies the guardian at the school gate. Fees are a separate thing, paid by parents in the app. Pickup codes are not affected by fee status.
